A survey response is when a user actually answers a survey.
If a user has seen the survey but didn’t answer it, it won’t count as a survey response.
Don’t worry!
When you pass the limits of either survey responses or MAU(Monthly Active Users) we will still continue everything as usual and we will contact you to update the payment.
If a week passed and the payment wasn’t done yet, we will have to limit the account.
Monthly active users (MAU) are the number of unique users who engage with a product or a website within the last month.
We track monthly active users by using a unique identifier such as a user ID we generate or a custom attribute you have chosen while building the survey.
All features are included in all plans, We try to be fair as possible and charge only for usage.
