Thumbs Survey Use Cases

The power of simplicity distinguishes thumbs surveys. Thumbs is a traditional gesture that is quite intuitive. The feedback is good if it’s a “thumbs up.” The feedback is bad if it’s a “thumbs down.” It’s that simple!

Here are some examples of thumbs survey use cases:

  • A company might use thumbs surveys to get feedback for a new product they are launching in the market.
  • It could also be used to encourage the employees of a company to give feedback about their working environment. The responses would help the management know what needs to be changed or improved.
  • The surveys can also be used to assess customer satisfaction with a service or product that has been delivered. The manager would have an overview of how happy his/her customers are with what they are selling and will improve on what needs improvement.
